"Like a Light in the Dark."

We share the following message from a group who has benefited from our donation fund:

On the road to democracy in Myanmar, your help has done a big thing for people who are bravely fighting against the wrong things. Thanks to you, we make safe places and give health support to families of soldiers who stood against the Myanmar military. This story talks about how good this help is and why we still need more to keep making good changes.

Safe houses, with your good heart, are not just buildings; they show hope and strength. These safe places give comfort and safety to people treated unfairly by the military. More than just safe spaces, they give feelings and advice, helping survivors break free from fighting and start their lives again. These places are super important in the long fight for democracy, helping people who are not scared to make a change.

Your gifts also do a big thing for moms and babies. Good health care when moms give birth stops problems and makes sure moms and babies are okay. Your help makes good memories for moms, and it helps them and their kids have good relationships.

Helping with health, thanks to you, really helps everyone! It makes sure people can see a doctor early and get better if they are sick. It also stops sickness before it happens, so we don't need to go to the hospital a lot. Helping with health means people can work better because they are healthy. It also helps everyone get along better because everyone can see a doctor. Your help makes life better for people, and it makes the country better too.

Your help still can do a lot for people who need it. They still need safe places, good health care, and more support. Your help is like a light in the dark for them. Let's keep going and make more good things happen.
